What using Super Artifacts means, for you and for us. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Last updated 25 October 2026.

## The service

Super Artifacts hosts what your agent builds. Your agent publishes a page, a form or a tracker, we serve it at its own address, and we hold anything visitors submit to it for you. By creating an account, connecting an agent or publishing an artifact you agree to these terms.

## Your account and your agents

You are responsible for your account, and for every agent you connect to it. A connection from an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude acts as you, with the access you approved on the consent page. You can see each connection on your agents page and revoke it there at any time.

Keep your sign-in and your agent keys to yourself. If one leaks, revoke it and tell us.

## What you publish

What you publish stays yours, and so does what visitors submit to it. You give us permission to store it, copy it and serve it to the people you choose, which is the service itself and nothing wider. We do not use it for anything else.

Artifacts are private until you say otherwise. If you make one public, anyone can read it, and we cannot take back what they saved.

## Your visitors

If an artifact collects answers from other people, you are the one collecting them. Tell your visitors what you collect and why, and collect only what you are allowed to. We hold the data for you and handle it as [our privacy page](https://superartifacts.app/privacy.md) describes.

## What you may not do

Do not use the service to:

- publish anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- run phishing, malware or anything meant to deceive people about who you are;
- collect data from people who have not been told, or in breach of the law;
- harass anyone, or publish what puts a person at risk;
- probe, overload or get around the limits and protections of the service.

We can remove an artifact, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules or puts other people at risk. We will tell you when we do, unless the law or the risk says we should not.

## Plans and payment

Some features need a paid plan. [Pricing](https://superartifacts.app/pricing.md) lists what each plan includes and costs. Stripe takes payment. A plan renews until you cancel it, and cancelling stops the next charge. Limits on storage, versions and similar are enforced, and the service says so when you reach one.

## Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, and we cannot promise it will never fail. It is provided as it is. We may change or remove a feature; when that affects something you rely on, we tell you first where we can.

## Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits what the law does not allow us to limit.

## Ending

You can stop at any time. Delete your artifacts from the dashboard, or ask us to close your account at [support@superartifacts.app](mailto:support@superartifacts.app); [the privacy page](https://superartifacts.app/privacy.md) says what is removed and what cannot be. We can end your access if you break these terms.

## About these terms

These terms are written to be true, in plain words, and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. When they change, the date at the top changes with them. Questions go to [support@superartifacts.app](mailto:support@superartifacts.app).
