How Team and Business pricing works

One rule, worked through for 5, 10, 25, 60 and 100 builders, monthly and yearly, with the sum written out on every line.

You pay for builders. A builder is an owner, admin or member: someone who can connect an agent and publish. Viewers are free. Agents are never counted.

Team and Business may not be on sale where you are reading this yet. If the pricing page shows a button to start one, you can. If it says coming soon, you cannot yet. The numbers below are the launch prices either way.

The rule

  • Team: $39 a month includes 5 builders. Each builder past 5 adds $8 a month. Yearly: $390, plus $80 for each extra builder. Sold for 3 to 25 builders, and never billed for fewer than 3.
  • Business: $299 a month includes 25 builders. Each builder past 25 adds $10 a month. Yearly: $2,990, plus $100 for each extra builder. Sold for 25 to 200 builders, and never billed for fewer than 25.
  • Viewers: free on every plan, and there is no limit on how many.

Yearly billing charges ten months and gives you twelve:

  • 10 builders on Team: twelve monthly bills come to $79 × 12 = $948. One yearly bill is $790.
  • 60 builders on Business: twelve monthly bills come to $649 × 12 = $7,788. One yearly bill is $6,490.

Worked examples: Team

  • 5 builders: $39 a month, or $390 a year.
  • 10 builders: $39 + 5 × $8 = $79 a month, or $390 + 5 × $80 = $790 a year.
  • 25 builders: $39 + 20 × $8 = $199 a month, or $390 + 20 × $80 = $1,990 a year.
  • 60 builders: not sold. Team stops at 25.
  • 100 builders: not sold. Team stops at 25.

Worked examples: Business

  • 5 builders: $299 a month, or $2,990 a year. Billed as 25, the minimum.
  • 10 builders: $299 a month, or $2,990 a year. Billed as 25, the minimum.
  • 25 builders: $299 a month, or $2,990 a year.
  • 60 builders: $299 + 35 × $10 = $649 a month, or $2,990 + 35 × $100 = $6,490 a year.
  • 100 builders: $299 + 75 × $10 = $1,049 a month, or $2,990 + 75 × $100 = $10,490 a year.

What the examples assume

  • On Team, you pay for the builders you have. Seats follow membership. When someone accepts an invitation, a seat is added and charged for the rest of the period. When you remove someone, the unused part is credited on the next invoice.
  • On Business, you pay for the seats you buy. The examples assume you buy one seat per builder. Seats are a cap: an invitation past it is refused until an owner buys more. A pending invitation holds a seat. At renewal, if there are more builders than seats, the renewal bills for the builders.
  • Fewer builders than the minimum still pay the minimum. Five people on Business pay the same as twenty-five.
  • More than the maximum needs the next plan. Past Team's top, move to Business. Past Business's top, talk to us about Enterprise.
  • The first payment starts with a 14-day trial, once per workspace. The card is taken up front and nothing is charged if you cancel inside the trial.
  • Founding workspaces keep the launch price for 24 months. That is the first 100 Team and 20 Business workspaces to subscribe before 31 March 2027. The billing page shows the date your price is locked until.
