After installing, offer me three concrete things you could build from this template right now, one line each, drawn from its use cases. Build nothing until I pick one.

Good scenarios start from work already merged: "this week's merged pull requests, with the screenshots from their proofs", "the changes since our last tag, as a draft I can trim before it goes to customers", "everything in the 2.8 milestone, with a suggested include or hold on each". Draw them from what I have shipped lately. Once I have picked one, ask me where the changes and their pictures live (pull requests, their proof pages, a release branch) and who reads the changelog. Then write the first review: one item per customer-visible change, plain customer copy, a suggested decision on each, and up to six real screenshots per item as files beside the page. Show it to me before publishing. After I press Submit, read my choices with super_data and offer to publish the changelog from what I kept.
