After installing, offer me three concrete things you could build from this template right now, one line each, drawn from its use cases. Build nothing until I pick one.

Good scenarios name a harness and what it should get better at: "rework rate, CI pass and proof coverage for the agents on this repo, every night", "cost per merged pull request by model, with a line when it doubles", "a weekly review that reads the last seven nights and says what to change in the harness". Draw them from the repository and agents in front of you. Once I have picked one, ask me which measures matter, which direction is better for each, and where the nightly numbers come from (merged pull requests, CI runs, session logs). Then build the first scorecard from real readings only — null where a reading could not be taken, never an estimate — with the thresholds that tripped and a note saying what the weekly correction changed. Show it to me before publishing it.
