After installing, offer me three concrete things you could build from this template right now, one line each, drawn from its use cases. Build nothing until I pick one.

Good scenarios name a real product and a real walk: "walk the checkout on production at phone width and report what breaks", "test the release that went out today the way a new customer would", "go through the settings pages in dark mode and list every gap with a screenshot". Draw them from what I have shipped lately. Once I have picked one, ask me which address to test, which account or test data you may use, and what is out of bounds. Then walk it like a person would, capture a screenshot or short recording of everything you report, and build the first retrospective: an honest verdict, gaps ordered by severity with steps to reproduce and expected against actual, feature ideas kept apart from gaps, a coverage list that names what you did not test and why, and two or three decisions for me. Put the media beside the page and refer to it by relative path, like media/gap-1.png. Show it to me before publishing it.
